April 2009   Dear Rutland Resident,             It’s that time of year again and we are hoping you can help us out. This year it is our 61st Annual 4th of July Parade and activities and our theme is:   “Our Favorite Board Games”             We realize the state of our economy is a little troubling. However, we all do have something to look forward to as we plan ahead to the biggest celebration around this summer.
