April 2009   Dear Rutland Business,        It’s that time of year again:  It’s time for the Town of Rutland’s 61st   Annual Parade and activities. Our theme this year is ”Our Favorite Board Games”        As in the past, we are so grateful for the generosity of thoughtful businesses like you.  We realize the state of economy is a little troubling. However, we all have something to look forward to as we plan ahead to the weekend of the 4th of July.  You all know we have the best celebration around. The expenses total $22,000.00.  We need your help!   v      For $750.00 or more, your company name will be displayed on a banner at the beginning of the parade, on our website and on the back of the schedule of events. v      For $500.00 you will be listed on our website and on the schedule of events. v      For $250.00 you will be listed on the schedule of events.      Any donation will be greatly appreciated.        We are all volunteers, have a great time planning all the events and really want to keep this tradition alive for our children, grandchildren, neighbors, families and those residents who have moved away and come back every year just for our community spirit.
